ACCESSIBILITY

All the halls are accessible including accessible toilets, but use of a lift is required to access certain areas.

Free Blue Badge parking is available in the onsite car park.

PERSONAL ASSISTANT TICKETS

We offer free Personal Assistant (carer) tickets when you purchase at least one ticket. To help us avoid fraudulent ticket purchases, please bring evidence that you require a Personal Assistant with you, as you may be asked for this on entry, we will accept evidence of receiving certain benefits (such as DLA, PIPs, AA), Blue Badges and Access Cards.

ACCESSIBLE GAMING

There are dedicated accessible gaming tables in all open gaming areas. If you require the use of them, but they are all being used, please speak to a member of the AireCrew before asking people to relocate their games.

QUIET GAMING

Quiet Gaming areas are available at AireCon where we ask others to keep the noise to a minimum, these areas will be clearly signposted and marked on the maps.

ASSISTANCE PETS

Registered assistance pets are permitted at AireCon, but please let us know in advance if you are planning on bringing one, and what type of assistance they provide, so we can make arrangements with the venue. The welfare of the pet is the owners responsibility at all time.

FACILITIES

INFANTS

Baby changing facilities are available at AireCon and are marked on the convention maps. If you need help locating the nearest facilities, please ask a member of the AireCrew, who will be wearing yellow tshirts with the AireCon logo on, or a member of the Convention Centre staff.

TOILETS

Accessible toilets are available in all areas of the convention, they are marked on the convention maps, but if you need assistance locating the nearest one, please ask a member of the AireCrew or the Convention Centre team.

Gender neutral toilets will also be available, they will be clearly marked on the doors, as well as on the convention maps. Please note: some gender neutral toilets have urinals in and sanitary bins may not be available in all, but this will be made clear on the signage.
